Welcome to the Christian Church of God from Jerusalem. 

We are a continuation of the teachings of Jesus Christ, his earliest apostles, raised by God's words through them, as recorded in Holy Scripture (Holy Bible) from God.

We worship God according to Jesus Christ recorded in the Holy Bible. We receive from God an abundant better life, we help people better understand the Holy Scriptures (Holy Bible) to receive blessings, and help others do this too.

Our beliefs are defined by the Holy Bible, such as 1 Corinthians 15:1-7. Here are a few more examples

LOVE

To fulfill discipleship, “You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, soul, and mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it, You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Matthew 22:37-39.

THE HOLY BIBLE

 “..the Holy Scriptures…are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. By the breath of God, including its life and intellectual inspiration from God, all Scripture is provided to you, and is profitable for teaching, for evidence, for correction, for reformation, and righteous instruction, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.” 2 Timothy 15-17.  

“..knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any privately separate explanation, for prophecy never came by the will of mere men, but holy souls from God moved by God’s Holy Spirit spoke the will of God, His words, and foretold the future.” 2 Peter 1:20-21.

ONLY ONE GOD WORSHIPED SUPREMELY, WE ARE SAVED BY GOD THROUGH HIS SON

God spoke through the prophet Isaiah to us, saying, “Before Me there was no God formed, nor shall there be after Me…And besides Me there is no Savior…Therefore you are My Witness..” Isaiah 43:10-12, 45:14-15. 

Jesus Christ, the Son of God, said about God, “My Father is greater than I… you will ask me nothing. Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in my name He will give you.” John 14:28, 16:23. 

“And God raised up the Lord Jesus and will also raise us up by His power.” 1 Corinthians 6:14.

We have no hand made products as idols or pictures to supremely worship, such as any representing angels, saints, or Jesus Christ. 

We understand Jesus is unchangingly subordinate to his sole supreme God, his ultimate Father. Romans 1:18, 25, Exodus 20:4-6, Hebrews 13:8, John 5:30, 1 Corinthians 15:24-28.

FRUIT OF THE HOLY SPIRIT AND GODLY CONDUCT

“..the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, humility, self-control…And those who are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with its passions (excessively sexual ones) and desires (excessively sensual ones).” Galatians 5:22-26, 1 Corinthians 9:24-27, 2 Corinthians 10:6. 

For “we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age.” Titus 2:12.

FESTIVITY OBSERVANCES

Jesus said, “I will keep the Passover at your house with my disciples…Go and prepare the Passover for us, that we may eat. ” Matthew 26:18.

Memorial resurrection feast: “The Lord is risen indeed and has appeared to Simon!….He was known to them in the breaking of bread (sharing food)…So they gave Him a piece of broiled fish and honeycomb… He took it and ate in their presence.” Luke 24:28-43. 

“When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place…And they continued steadfastly in the apostles teachings and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers.” Acts 2:1, 42.

“..and it shall come to pass that everyone…shall…worship the LORD of host, and.. keep the Feast of Tabernacles.” Zachariah 14:16.

CHURCH STRUCTURE, ORGANIZATION, FELLOWSHIP, AND SERVICE:

“And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some, but inviting one another, and so much more as you see the Day (of God’s Judgement) approaching.” Hebrews 10:24-25. 

“..you should set in order the things that are lacking, and appoint elders (episkopoi, often poorly translated "bishops," but meaning"overseers") in every city (church, as a council) as I directed you (accoring to Acts 1:15-26)…” “..to take part in this fellowship service of deacons and apostles…” Titus 1:5, 1 Peter 5:1-11/Acts 1:25. 

A church is an assembly of believers, like those “in your house” Philemon 1:2. 

CCGJ is local churches and their person to person deacon and evangelist ministry. 

Their internal Global Council from Christ (GCC) with its apostolic network, which by apostolic eldership council oversee international church to church ministry, arose and was coordinated from Jerusalem by Christ and his 12 disciples (i.e. overseers, Acts 1:20), using gifts, sometimes called tithes. See for example 1 Corinthians 16:1-3, 2 Corinthians 8:13-15,   Acts 1:6-8, 15-26;  13:1-5;  15:1-36.

CCGJGCC is this local to global international ministry effort and collective body of Christ.

DEFENDING CHURCH MEMBERS

“..whoever says to his brother “Raca!” (your worthless!) shall be in danger of the council (of elders called overseers, from the Greek word episkopoi from episkopos, or mulkayim from mulok in Bible Hebrew language [unlike modern or new vowel-point Eurasian Hebrew]).” Matthew 5:22. 

“…no one should take advantage of and defraud his brother…because the Lord is the avenger of all such, as we also forewarned and testified.” 1 Thessalonians 4:6. 

“…whoever resists the authority resists the ordinance of God…if you do evil be afraid, for the authority does not bear the sword in vain, for he is God’s minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil (upon disciples).” Romans 13:1-4, Acts 3:22-23, 7:24-25.

THE COMING OF CHRIST AND GOD’S KINGDOM FROM THE HEAVENS

Jesus said, “…I bestow upon you a Kingdom, just as my Father bestowed upon me, that you may eat and drink at my table in my Kingdom…” Luke 22:29-30. 

“They will come from the east, west, north, south, and sit down in the Kingdom of God.” Luke 13:29. 

“Behold, I am coming as a thief, unexpected. Blessed is the one who watches and keeps one’s garments undefiled and sacred, lest someone walk exposed, naked, and others see shame.” Revelation 16:15, 11:15. 

APOSTOLIC DISCIPLESHIP FROM STUDY

“Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations…teaching them to observe all things I have directed you, and behold, I am with you always..” Matthew 28:19-20.

Welcome to the Lion of Judah Discipleship Journey Seminary (LJDJS), a Home Study Course for Clergy Ordination

This course is intended to help you learn the Holy Bible, prepare disciples for ministry and accomplish ordination.

This course has two parts: the academic and ministry application. The academic portion educates you from the Holy Bible. The ministry application testimonializes your ministry to others. Either part can begin at any time and each part enhances the other, when you are ready!

Your participation can provide you valuable feedback and all your work can contribute later toward you discipling others.

You will obtain diplomas for the degrees you complete in Theology, Ecclesiology, and Divinity.

You will obtain ordination certification for the degree you complete in ministry, such as Deacon, Apostle, or Overseer.

ACADEMICS

You can begin this course by reading the Holy Bible using mainstream versions, such as the New King James.

After reading each book in the Holy Bible, such as Genesis, then complete a one page essay telling us what you understand the book to be about and a last paragraph about how the book has been or can be helpful. 

Avoid copying anyone else’s interpretations, thoughts, or commentary. We want what you understand and interpret so we can help your personal growth.

You will be provided topical articles and exams covering subjects deeper, such as Baptism, the sacred name of God, theology, and ecclesiology, for example.

You will be evaluated for your spiritual gifts and inclinations to be fostered and supported by CCGJ-GCC, for developing your customized personal ministry—-as in music, art, organization, evangelism, etc.—–and to help maintain your cooperative oneness with the Body of Christ, His CCGJ-GCC, to help the world.

MINISTRY

Any time you are inspired by God directly or indirectly by the Holy Bible or His Church, you can begin ministry for Him!

After you have begun, have called for or participate to assist prayer group gather, group Bible studies, fellowships, or observances such as the Passover, you must record the name and contact for each person attending and what the gathering was for (e.g. prayer, study?), and optionally you can record details of events or occurences, problems or solutions experienced. 

This journal is called a Deacon’s Testimonial Record of Action (DTRA). This later permits CCGJ-GCC to contact or bless attendees and continue the book of Acts history by later authors about your ministry. At least one DTRA a week.

After you team with a disciple(s), together spread the gospel/your testimony, record names and contact information of all involved, and a brief journal of your interactions, this is your Apostle’s Testimonial Record of Action (ATRA), required at least once every two weeks.

After you team with a disciple(s), together organized Christian community/assembly activities as a group/council of spiritual elders, record council names, their contact information, and a brief journal of planned and completed assembly activities, this is your Eldership Testimonial Record of Action (ETRA), required at least once every four months.

Your academic and ministry writings are also evidence for your credentials. Please keep a copy of all your written work.

PRICE

Free.

The cost for paper, envelopes, postage, photocopies, staff, training, overall management and operations is covered by donations from the generous and obedient. The Holy Bible provides example of gifts or 10% from your weekly income net profit should go toward support of our saints who work for you to provide you this ministry service. It is called a tithe. See Hebrews 7:5-6, 1 Timothy 5:18, Proverbs 14:4.

Gifts or tithes for operations in excess of a tenth from you go toward support of those in poverty conditions after receiving evidence of their indigence, such as orphans, widows, infirmed, or prisoners.

Comparison value of this seminary course is about 1200.00 per year, 3600.00 by third year, and this does not include advanced degrees or customized ministry development to expertise, which could then exceed seven years and 10,000.00 per person.

This is a price value everyone is not required to pay but is provided for your value judgement and gratitude to God if you obtain this and more, for less money.

Since one of our purposes is in part to minister by Word or Testimony and service to others, and for that also organize, we expect disciples who live above poverty but cannot afford to tithe to accept our course and services in exchange for your ministry outreach to others.

We encourage you to work or contribute by serving brothers and sisters, form gatherings to educate, organize, worship, lead spiritual revivals, art, letters, or other ways to spread the gospel, Word, Testimony, or service from love for God and others.
